i have this issue last month, upload speed so low, i have to report multiple time, it take them almost 2 week to fix it and luckily i can claim rebate

yup, that is my ongoing issue, after they fix the low upload issue, i have high ping issue even when speedtest to sabah server (im from sabah btw)

yup, im currently in contact directly to person from TM data division, he still investigate the issue, waiting for update from him

nope, all done on livechat and whatsapp, even TM person contacted me using whatssapp. there also TM technician come at my house several time to check the issue
