Hey man, I just downloaded the file and unzip it, it looks okay to me. No problem.

Download it into yr desktop PC, unzip it. Then only copy the file into yr phone. Don't unzip on yr KS20.

i suggest u to go straight to zitron service centre.

Same prob with me (always 95% batt status), take few months (again, few months!!!), to claim the warranty (via phone shop)..

& the prob solve by JUST change new battery..

gosh... st***d

never found this problem with AP Phone, max 2 weeks, normally 1 week, or just change the phone..

KS20 is a good and stable fone and so far, 80% of the downloaded applications I installed in it runs very staedily w/o much problem. So I sud say it blends in pretty well, almost all QVGA applications run well in it.

Glad yr loving it.

hi,
not really tested out the iContact to the full..
but its looks okay..
the messed up of the name still there, but there is an option of how you want the name to be display..
i usually doesnt input the full name of my contact, so, its not too much a problem for me.

the is many version of iContact available.
you can find it in this site, i found it quite useful

Mikey,

It has NOTHING TO DO WITH iContact. I am using iContact quite sometime already and if my contact name is A B C, it will display as A B C and not B C, A. All you need to do is to set the name correctly under "File As:" in yr original contact, then yr good.

Ed,

yes i know. but for my SIM Manager, i had to use "file as" for each and every contact, because it cannot apply to ALL the contacts at the same time right? it was very tiring to "file as" and change the individual contact. but i used outlook, exported to an excel file, and i changed the contact format there, and re import back to my devce. still, it was tiring.

thanks ya.

Welcome to the Hard Reset group brows.gif It is like doing your pilgrimage. Nothing scary. In fact, if you have a Zitron set, you want to wish that the phone die during the Hard Resetting so that you can get a brand new replacement set. It is always good to Hard Reset on a previously owned unit.

The only inconvenience in doing a Hard Reset is having to reconfigure your setup. But if you backup your system and all your data with Sprite Backup you will have your previous setup back within minutes.

Hi DrWho,

now reading up the hard reset stuff written by you and others here. most important is for me to look for your 'Sprite Backup'. where is it btw? it would not back up my suspicious cooked ROM stuff right? lol.

.... still searching for a FREE sprite version ... now downloading it. taking about 30 minutes for this free version. hehe

thanks.

When you are having problems with you device and are considering to Hard Reset; it is too late to backup your system. You only want to backup when everything is working well and want to restore to that state not to a state where the device is giving you problem rclxub.gif

The most you can do now is backup your personal data eg contacts before a Hard Reset

i just try to install opera into my unit..
how can i install opera mini into the set ?
i can only install opera mobile...
but i read from here before opera mobile is slow and resource hungry ?

also, when i try to install any application, it will prompt me whether to install in device or storage, which one is preferable ?
