I'm not an Illegear customer or endorsing their products but I've seen chinti and others continuously bash Illegear daily for everything, I'm not sure what beef they have but it's best to be neutral on this kind of issue.

We probably don't know the full story and the only way to solve this issue is for Mr gentleman here to send in for warranty claim. Maybe he can also post the entire WhatsApp chat for everyone to see and not just a few snippets of his own selection.

If they still don't fix the issue then I recommend you to take action by going consumer tribunal, etc. As they mentioned you only contact them at around 1pm when this thread started at 10am, why do that unless you wanted to create drama at /K?

I just think we shouldn't jump to conclusions, simply because we don't know the full story. All this time we hear Mr Gentleman's side of the story only... and he claims he already sent in 4-5 times but Azim said only sent in 3 times (1 of those is for Samsung SSD)?

That's why I ask Mr Gentleman to upload the full conversation history, from there we will know the full story and can make proper judgement
