based on TS post, he/she is not computer savvy.
All he/she want is that nVidia GPU is doing the graphic processing work instead off CPU internal GPU.
TS already given the seller sufficient time to resolve this issue but the problem still occur.
This mean seller side is not doing the warranty claim professionally.
Why TS need to take the liability to push hard his/her claim?

Like I mentioned, have you check if adapter has power? Can you confirm if the issue only happen when the screen is connected? Also try to use hwmonitor to see if it overheats.
It is likely that the tech on their side is honest with you if they have picture to prove its no fault found on their end.
So if you have concluded that it is surely not your end problem, just formally submit your pictures and insists on warranty from them provided that you did not insists them to give you a new one on the spot.
For me, if you have picture of no nvidia in device manager, it should be enough to ask for warranty. Unless your nb is those type that has detactable gpu.

I was gonna make another joke at TS' expense about asking for technical help on /k instead of the specialized technical threads already available(nobody posts there these days).

I HDMI-ed my laptop to a monitor which i need Graphic driver to do that, intel graphics cant. They dont provide door to door service, i need to courier it in every time when i had problems

Usually the dispute starts when customer ask for one to one on the spot. Warranty does not warrants an one to one in most cases in computer. Just a guess on my part. Otherwise, I do think ts should push for warranty.

When i was switching BIOS which is only running on GPU only, i did consult ILLEGEAR they said its not recommended it but they did not tell me why.  I suppose because it will running in backscene that's why they don't recommended it? im not sure im not really a tech guy, i just follow what instruction they had gave me and google information i could gather, that's it.

Power adapters are running fine, my monitor and laptop are newly bought just by the same time when my laptop arrived. i even changed my HDMI cable, change anything i could possibly do on my side.

1 to 1 or refund after 5 months... hmm, seems unlikely. You know nuclear buttons are often a mutual thing right?
Since you mentioned they have prove the nb is OK to you before, maybe better to check again or send to a different shop for a second opinion. Even if you do want to push the nuclear button, do it with as much data on your hand as possible instead of acting on an emotional note.

ts you should rename this thread to include "Illegear" so if people search on Google they can see the complaints

Please. This is /k so people just post whatever they want but you should not flash your BIOS if you don't know what you're doing. If unsuccessful you won't start your device anymore.
