what version is this? some version have only 64MB RAM, while the DIR-850L and C1200 given by TM since unifi 30mbps, 50mbps, 100mbps has 128MB RAM.

only if you input your current phone number when you register unifi or when you use your current phone number when making unifi report and inform the cust care staff this is your phone number, one indication unifi has your phone number is when you make unifi payment, you would receive sms from unifi they have received your payment.

Yup, I tested this, quite useful.

During maintain - Red led on Internet, others blank, showing unsure which equipment got issues, tell you to mark up the LED light on your modem for live chat.
After online, within 1 min - Yellow light on Internet, others blank, telling you got performance issues, expected because people are connecting back to online, also can see blinking phone1 on the Huawei modem.
After online 5 mins/Now - Green light on Internet, nothing on unifi TV, yellow light on Voice, because I don't plug anything for those 2, or it is still connecting people back to online. tongue.gif
So, after smart diagnosis, you can choose "manual diagnosis", choose No internet, there is other options like slow connection and Wi-Fi issues, but choosing those will result the same.
All will result in telling you to reboot equipment, then choose your modem model, mark your LED light as shown on your modem.

Then tell you to copy the diagnose link to live chat, and send you directly to old live chat page, then you just click on proceed and wait in queue.

somebody downgrade his unifi subscribe and upgrade package few years ago, current 500mbps to 100mbps, hypptv white box account no longer working, and unifi play tv android app account is no more. call 100 they said there is no both tv account for this subscriber.

hypptv white box symptom is plug in ethernet, it would show connected for a few second then disconnected.

Usually they will assess whether drilling is necessary. If they can somehow pull the fibre from TM poll to your home without drilling, then they will just do it. If there is anything that you need to customise, you should let them know immediately.

unifi website latest package show no unifi tv box and unifi tv apps access included for lower tier package, and that somebody just recently downgrade his unifi 500mbps to 100mbps.

there is a new speedtest.net server Telekom Malaysia Berhad - Melaka (id = 45088) 58.27.108.234 that has only 3ms+ ping, while unifi basically has around 6ms at least to most if not all server.

ipv6 support for ipv6 supported device example router is still poor, latest AX router block router ipv6 remote control for security reason and not configurable, while Streamyx Era ipv6 supported router can be accessed via ipv6.

most if not all customer grade router DDNS client would only update IPv4 Dynamic IP, would not update IPv6 Dynamic IP even if the provider support AAAA record IPv6, example noip.com support free ddns services and free AAAA record IPv6. noip.com even have a Dynamic DNS Update Client (DUC) for Windows (there is also linux and mac client) version 4.1.1 compile date 21 ‎January, ‎2016 modified 21 ‎December, ‎2017 that would not update IPv6 Dynamic IP.

this internet IPV6 become FE80 issue still happen with latest firmware, especially after reboot, even multiple times after each reboot.

Solution, disconnect at IPv4, retick /Share the same PPPoE session with IPv4/ and reconnect at IPv6, IPv4 and both IPv6 LAN and Internet would get the correct IP and connected client would get correct and working IPv6, but already connected client before router reconnect for another ip range, have to disconnect and reconnect again to get the new IPv6 Internet IP Range.

unifi Biz account missing at unifi selfcare website and myunifi app after login to it,

unifi Biz account also missing at Link Account Feature when login from other unifi home account,

when login to unifi Biz account at unifi selfcare website and myunifi app, the unifi Biz account is missing, but the Link Account unifi home account seem to become main account.

when try to add the same unifi Biz account to the same unifi home account again via Link Account Feature at unifi selfcare website, this error show up,
