I am Maxis user previously then switch to TM Unifi.
At a short moment, having both together. it can work with sharing 1 no. of ONU.

But not sure whether can have 2 Unifi or not.

Is Unifi facing major outage in Petaling Jaya? My connection suddenly got disconnected 30 mins ago. Both HyppTV white color TV box, and also the VOIP is working fine. Tried to call 100, it was engaged. Try Live Agent chat, queue length is 556

My wifi router is not able to connect, but the VLAN for HyppTV, and also the VOIP (connected to modem) is working fine.

At least we know that it is not something related to any device inside the house, or the infrastructure outside the house. Probably related to their authentication server

I told the agent I lost my connection, then seconds later it got connected. So didn't get her to check further.
