Just installed unifi today and i want to know how long tm takes to terminate my old streamyx account?

Does the bills going to be prorated? Auto terminate or i need to contact tm?

will terminate automatically within 7 days after the completion of the migration process of existing phone numbers from Streamyx to Unifi Fiber

while for bills, have to wait for the next bill,
necessarily there will be prorated on the new account.

For those in Selangor, hold your horses lads:
Selangor Dan TM Umum Skim Internet Selangor M40 – 8 Pakej Internet Dengan Subsidi Antara RM10 Hingga RM30 Sebulan

Any insider info what type of packages will those be? brows.gif

Hope it would give you some info.
BTW, the email delivery date will be used as a reference date for your Deco warranty purposes.

Depending on your existing plan:
300mbps @ RM159 without hypp tv.
300mbps @ RM179 with hypp tv if your current plan has one, you may or may not remove it.
That’s what I was told by TM CS previously.

100Mbps @ RM129 is bundled with hypptv. i dont think can remove the hypptv , but u can try.

checked in unifi portal. speed upgrade done and shown 300Mbps ...now waiting for M4 delivery ...

within 2 weeks, TP-Link Malaysia will manage this process and the courier service used is J&T Express.

Maybe the delivery process to your address is a little late due to full MCO and recently there were 6.6 sales

i though under " Lapasar" , for the M4 delivery ?

then i need to bear with 100Mbps from time being , since my deco E4 support up to 100Mbps..
