QUOTE(axoloke @ Jun 7 2021, 10:23 PM) Hope this works. Pic attached... Yeah, already speed tested, let me bug the tech first and move on to TM later. [attachmentid=10904818] Unifi 500Mbps plan have 100Mbps upload only. Only the 800Mbps plan have upload speed of 200Mbps.

QUOTE(kcl2006ch @ Jun 7 2021, 10:27 PM) TM already stated that previously got some wrong info regarding this ,the correct info is 500 & 800mbps upload speed is 100mbps not 200mbps That was last year if not mistaken. Meaning they didn't update till today incredibly. Anyway as mentioned, these are brand new brochures so might as well just give it a go. Thanks all.

[attachmentid=10904818] It was a mistake which TM has clarified. https://soyacincau.com/2020/09/19/tm-unifi-...ad-mistake/amp/They have not offered any 200Mbps upload speed for 500Mbps plan all these years.

QUOTE(axoloke @ Jun 7 2021, 10:52 PM) Well, 2 different agents brochures for our taman's newly installed unifi both stated 200mbps upload. So it's not a mistake on our end. Perhaps it is the agent that give false info. You can still complain, but TM will only acknowledge what is stated on their website. They have rectify that only 800mbps will have 200mbps upload.

hi is the phone call from 0379333300 is legit TM net agent? I have been called and they offered me to upgrade to 300 mbps with RM179 per month, and the one without hypp tv RM159, have you guy offered the same?
By the way, if opt for the RM159 package, means my current hypp tv package also cancelled? THis agent said they will provide the booster for upgrade, is it a good deal? thank you

QUOTE(Rhetoric @ Jun 8 2021, 06:03 PM) Unifi problem or Twitch and Reddit problem? Seems to be a Fastly outage which is affecting a number of sites. Their status Page indicates issues impacting Singapore datacenter, amongst others. This post has been edited by umamimolecule: Jun 8 2021, 06:24 PM
