At kampung, just read about mikrotik n vlan600. I try 2 days before coming back to home town.. But failed. Should be straight forward, configured few time already.. Then read few people also got the problem. Any update those who try? can get mikrotik n vlan 600 working again? Need to configure RB4011 for hypptv port.

Some update from my friends regarding vlan600.. Calling TM tech after failed to configure the Mikrotik. The Tech come and ask the center to enable vlan 600 at BTU port 3. They said it's step taken if customer using 3rd party router. They also mention increased of iptv issue with 3rd party router for last few months after TM upgrade their equipment.

Kajang here, down around 1am. Seems like pppoe cannot established. Fiber seems OK.

Anyonw ever called their home services tech report? Always charge rm53? i thought used to be rm30? And whats this service contract renewal and non renewal?

The charges only if the fault on your side. Like cable broke inside the house even by rat. If outside it consider their fault.

The 2 options is like this.. If the router is broke. and you want they to replace it. You can choose 1 and the hardware will be free but contract is refreshed. If option 2, you paid for router cost 1 time but contract is not refresh. BTU is lifetime warranty.

BTU is lifetime.. If it's broke by it's own then free replacement. Router is only 1 year warranty.

Anyone try to terminate their unifi TV because of the content update?

Some from Turbo upgrade. Some from promo because out of contract. Sometime need to ask from TM, based on current promo they have.

It's a standard to split the fiber. That's why they used gpon. 1 port can split up to hundred of devices.
