Do you know any cloud provider providing VPS using Singtel or Starhub? I see there is non, if there is it would be a great help.

cloudflare KL are in operation back after 3 month rerouting to SG.

lets see tonight traffic how it goes

Have any idea what's going on with KL Colo for cloudflare? I am a customer for cloudflare warp (yes I paid RM14.99 for their 1.1.1.1), the last time I talk to support on cloudflare, they promise me that they are cooking something in the back for KL region. They know the bandwidth here is shit and they say they are doing a "fix" for it. I am not sure if they increased the bandwidth after 3 months rerouting it and decided that it is time to open it back to business.

info i receive was bandwidth issue with our ISP.

all traffic via KL colo and JBIX colo are from SG. there is no direct route out from KL or JBIX from cloudflare.

i'm facing the same issue on my Sony X7000E tv. both tv, laptop & phone connected to my router. tv youtube extremely slow but laptop & phone youtube play fine. it's not ipv6 issue because it is disabled on the router.  rclxub.gif
i 've restarted the network, reset tv to default, but problem remains.

*
But people who report about this issues are having IPv6 disabled, you can check their post, no IPv6 tag there.

As TM disabled IPv6 on Streamyx user(yes, enabling IPv6 only receiving local IPv6 for them), so by having QoS on IPv4 can greatly just happen on Streamyx users which feel nothing, as their network is slow already. doh.gif

Facebook live is lagging for me also. But seems only unifi but not mobile data?
*
Mobile data having different route and, yes, IPv6, so it can be something happen on IPv4 only. hmm.gif

i got one stupid question, hope can get some clarification.

i am using unifi 30mbps plan. turboed to 50mbps.

my home unifi, the contractor connect wire from home telephone port. is this normal for fibre subcriptions? cus i am paying fibre plan price.

recently planning to upgrade my plan. but the service centre told me my flat cannot support 100mbps.

my plan was 2017 plan. paying extremely expensive.

Means your flat actually using VDSL not purely fibre. There is no such thing as fibre plan pricing or VDSL pricing. As long as it is 30mbps it is all the same RM89.

you are running copper cable not actual fiber cable max support 50Mbps if i am not wrong.

unless they laying fiber cable that could support up to 800Mbps.

Do you live in High-rise? If so, then the internet speed at the high-rise depends on the type of infra used at the high-rise. It seems that high-rises where you live still use copper instead of fibre.
The availability of infra Fiber optics at the high-rise depends on the building managements itself. Do they give permission for the ISP to install the fiber optic .

Edit: Is your subscription price still RM139/RM179 for 30Mbps or RM199/RM229 50Mbps

For me i think 30 mbps is enough for multiple 1080p content, but if want 4k then only support 1 stream at the same time.

I suggest to you,

you go to any nearby tmpoint and ask them to change to a 30mbps plan of RM89, and you also need to tell them that the high-rise that occupies now supports speeds of up to 50mbps, from there TM will suggest a 50mbps plan for only RM99. (For your information, the 50Mbps plan is still offered privately to high-rise residents who only have a copper. And the copper must be in good condition)

if 5 device stream netflix/youtube at the same time i think not enuf, unless you are patient enough.
if just casual surfing 30mbps is more than enough.
my office used to have 8mb streamyx only for ard 40ppl to use cry.gif lag like hell but no choice since no unifi coverage.

Will test again to this IP both TM and TIME tonight , if both ping spike maybe is CMCC problem (But usually CMCC have CMI for SEA Intl Network so it shouldn't be a problem)

For that u just continue on the MCMC case. Just dont close the case until they "temporary" fix the problem.
Permanent fix is not possible i think.
