Hi, wanna ask, this Onkyo brand is consider budget, medium or high end brand? I have an Onkyo Equalizer from like 8yrs ago and is curious about the brand.

Onkyo, Denon and Yamaha do produce wallet-busting AV receivers. Denon at one time produce a AVR that cost as much as a Saga.
If you have lots of moolah, then you might opt for processor/pwr amp combo such as Lexicon, NAD, and so forth. However, not many people will opt for it due to the extreme price tag meant for elites.
