yes, it would be considered as payment in advance and increases the available creditno, the credit balance is not restricted to 12 months but if unable to fully utilise within 12 months meaning you are paying more than spending, which kind of defeats the purpose of credit card

your available credit in affin will be reduced by the total BT amount and progressively restored as instalments payment made
assess whether you are comfortable with the BT instalment amount RM 1,333, might strain cash flow
