affin bank stop Affin Visa Signature and convert it to Affin Visa Duo plus and force customer to have Affin Mastercad Duo plus.

Customer must have both card or have to cancel both card.

That is my understanding from customer service. Anyone experience it?

Yes. I just surprised that my Affin apps pop out another new cc which turned out is the duo plus master.

And the ridiculous thing is, days later affin sms comes and said “your new credit card should have reached you😐”

And nope, i didnt receive any new card at all.

Anyhow, getting 4 cards (duo and duo+), but just use 2 cards, kinda frustrated for that. Since i just paid sst on Nov24, am going to use for another year and will cancel duo. Might as well duo+.

most ppl not aware of this.... affin already announced 2 times before...

announce on year 2022 and send the additional card on year 2034. people will forget. wait signature card expired and only send mastercard together to renew signature

Not sure what do you mean by same question?
Last year i intended to sign up cc, so was checking around to see where to get best deal.
And now i have signed up already, and have activate affinalways earlier, it had been working fine for months until today this came up...
so not sure whether is it my phone/app issue or other users face similar problem....

about the profile inactive, give affin CS a call. only they can check and do something about your affin internet banking profile.

also try login from desktop/web internet banking. see if can login or observe any specific error msg.

i got inactive issue too. went to branch and they activate back for me, quickly login again , was fine. Then the second day happened again, went to branch again, only they asked to login using id & password (i was using biometric to login).

Then i dunno is due to this reason or not, the next day affin sent email to check with me some suspicious transaction, although amount is 0, quickly called cs to replace my card.

So i visited branch 3 times until guard also recognize me.

it is advisable to login your account every month at least once and make transaction at least once every year but i do every 6 months so that my acc remain active and won't get dormant due to that

anyone try on the 0% balance conversion?

receive the sms to convert outstanding balance into 6 months 0% instalment plan, but, dunno where to find the TnC... will it affect my cashback if i convert?
