I have made complaint to lazada on this issue, but it seems they will take time to solve this issue. Alternatively, you can add your affin card through making payment at lazada, if you got nothing to buy, you can join RM1111 lazada wallet voucher contest by paying RM1, they will refund to you if you aren't selected. After this, you should able to see your added affin card and can use it for topup
