Looks like minimum FD pledge is rm5k to get these DUO cards. BTW is there any card acquisition campaign?

Sorry actually not fd but CASA with 5k locked. Then apply for the card.

I remembered Ambank also has similar practice.

If choose the branch collects option, then required thumbprint
If choose deliver to house/office option, then not required thumbprint

Call 03-8230 2222 and you can key in your ic number and check whether your application is successful. Or you can go to akpk. Create a eccris account. From there you can monitor in real time whether your application is successful.

Affin seriously wants to evolute wor. I submit my application on 12 Oct last month.

Until now not yet captured in the Affin system. Few times follow up with my salesperson, want to give him a chance, don't want to make any report to HQ, later the salesperson kena.

One month already, still told me pending. Until today decided to seek help from HQ. Email just wrote 9.30 this morning. 12pm got a call from Affin HQ already.

I got rejected on Sept. That time high outstanding. Not I clear all outstanding already. Receive the second call from the same HQ person. Told me about '6months' things and offer to pledge FD.

That is interesting, rejected even for FD pledging? Any reason you can think of?

Really need a strong connection then. Or consider to file an appeal for your application.

Try sending an email to Customer service with supporting documents. Also consider the grace period from the first rejection before reapplying.
