QUOTE(davidlow7 @ Oct 14 2008, 04:09 PM) Lolz... The 3000 points and 6000 points as far as I'm concerned is not a guaranteed gift. They launch a promotion and you can redeem 3k or 6k points to participate in the "DRAW". If you are selected then only you will get the phone. Of course if you aren't selected, no points will be deducted. Anyway, it is promo dependant. Always refer to T&C or call to DiGi to get a clearer and correct answer. wao but the event till now also haven't have wuwu

That's based on the voice mail box setting of the person you call. If he activate it, then sure money will be eaten. But ppl usually inactive that service, cos no point wasting money leaving a voice message as retrieving the content will be charged too.

Getting Started

|
Hi, I'm intending to switch to DIGI 50 POSTPAID. I wish to have 2 supplementary line under my principle line.
Is the supplementary line can have unlimited call between the other supplementary line? or is it the unlimited call is just between principle line and supplementary line?
Thanks.

QUOTE(llmcso @ Oct 16 2008, 01:54 PM) ya is based on first come first served!! if u are quick, is possible to redeem!! It is not necessarily first come first serve basis anyway. Possibility is always there, if it is impossible... there is no reason for DiGi to come out the promo right? QUOTE(silrave @ Oct 16 2008, 06:19 PM) wao but the event till now also haven't have wuwu Just slowly wait... when it is "Time to Change" then you will see changes if they don't change.. then you change la.. port to Maxis la.. - No Change at all. Call helpline and they will change the ringing duration. I'm happy with DiGi 20 second default duration. I don't like the phone to ring for long. I would have picked up within 20 seconds if I want to answer the call. Lol.

Oh, can change? Then, I also want to change. How do we call this? Ringing duration? Maybe I should just use online chat with the customer service.

OK, the OCS said I need to deactivate my voicemail which I have requested him/her to disable for me. If it is deactivated, it can ring for 30 seconds. Somehow current one is too short for me, sometimes my phone is in the room while I'm outside, by the time I notice it is already a missed call.

Unless I go and irritate and annoy people first which I don't do this. We are all matured people. Last time on Hotlink, I also deactivate my voicemail, it is a redundant service for me because nobody left me any voicemail.

Voice mail is good when the person cant get u. I get voice mail from client when some places digi doesnt have coverage or weak. Not everyone are mature some ppl can really get u irritated.

My case is once it is forwarded to voicemail, then the caller will straight end the call. Gosh, what a redundant service for me. Luckily we are not paying for monthly subscription for this voicemail thingy. This post has been edited by fruitie: Oct 17 2008, 10:07 PM
