harlo, newfag here lol.

been using Digi since when I was std6, now 18 ... lolz.

I got 1 question to ask! I love to sms, but i cant find a gud plan for it. Im a prepaid user btw.

I frequently sms digi n hotlink, thus my credit always finish up quickly.

Is there any gud plans u guys can recommend? im currently using the Digi Prepaid I like : Special F&F... but other network 10 sen leh. slightly difference with normal (which is 15 sen).

can sms both local n other network for < 10 sen?
*
but i still think DiGi postpaid or DiGi prepaid offer the best deal in-terms of SMS/call rate/MMS!! because due to MNP has been implemented in Malaysia, so in the future u wont know that what telco are your friends using, although their no are 016/019/012!!so with digi low flat rate to all network, u can monitor your expenses more easily!!is possible that your friends who were previously on hotlink have been port to DiGi haha

Yes, calls, SMS-es and MMS-es among supplementary lines are free of charge for 1 Family. smile.gif

1 Family's principal main line has to be subscriber from either DG 50, DG 150 or DG 250.
*
ya u are right...the best things about DiGi supplementary line is that they offer the lowest rate of 13sen/minit to any networks, compared with Celcom which is 30sen and maxis 20sen!!

no u couldn't, unless her mobile number is registered under your name. they need identification such as IC to convert...both of u must be present in the same time

Hop into the controversial Hotlink thread then. laugh.gif
RM 0.33/minute (Looks cheaper than DiGi right? But it is based on 60-second block, that means once it is connected, RM 0.33 will be deducted. shocking.gif )
If users that top up less than RM 30 per month, will be charged RM 0.49/minute, also 60-second block. sweat.gif
*
my dad going to port into my DiGi under my sup line too...because he got a business so cannot simple change number, although since longtime ago he knew that celcom having a very expensive rate!!now with MNP he can port when ever he want!!thanks to MNP!

But well, I'm not from Klang Valley, gonna be hassle to do so. cry.gif
Heard from some of the forummers here, they already got the device to do porting and we were told that it will be implemented nationwide on 15th October. hmm.gif
*
Nope porting for postpaid is already available in Klang Valley at those selected DiGi outlet, and i hope when they launch it nationwide the service will be available to prepaid and postpaid

wana ask abt the super sms plan...

sms to friends and family 1cent then after use 50cents only free?
*
the usage of 50cents is applicable to all sms' to any networks, if u send 5 SMS that day, the 6th SMS onward to any DiGi users will be free on that particular day! but if u only SMS to friends and family numbers, than the 51st onward will be free

nice.. if the waive the upfront payment then it is really good. that means i only need to pay rm 50 for the first month of using right?

BTW, using digi postpaid got many rewards eh? wat kind of rewards? tongue.gif
*
in your first bill, they'll charge u RM10 for Stamp duty, that is a standard charge acrosss all network on postpaid, coz they need to deliver your monthly bill.

reward???haha...every rm1 u spend with DiGi postpaid, u will get one reward point. u can accumulate your reward point together with your supp line usage (meaning if u got more supp line, than u'll be faster for u to achieve the target to redeem freebies)

the freebies are:
with 3000 points u can redeem monthly mobile phone offer which cost ranges between RM1000-1200

with 6000 points u cna redeem mobile phone cost ranges around RM2000

well i got free phone before, so rewarding!!what Maxis postpaid give out??nothing!!

ow...occasionally they will invite u for free movie or concert! any recently during hari raya, i receive 4 boxes of cookies for free....

Going to their centre in Time Square cost more money than paying for a new sim card
*
the problem with new simpack is u must change mobile number,, and it cost u alot too to SMS your friends about your new number and sometime left out many friends that is not in your contact list. Porting service u still able to remain the same number as your previous number

I heard that Digi has weak or no signal in Bandar Utama area.  My friends staying there are not happy.  When they go to Tesco there, also no signal. sad.gif
Finally they decided to MNP to Maxis.
*
too bad to hear that...

well for me, i will call up their customer service to complain, they will ask your address on which area effected, than if reasonable they will improve it in the near future. for your friend case which is in one utama, that is a major city, im sure they will help up as that is ridiculous to have no signal in that area. is impossible for their engineer to go house by house to check on signal strength right?? that is the main weak point of using GSM 1800 too

wah.. 3000 points? that should be more around rm 3000? that one should wait quite a long time to change a phone. laugh.gif
*
that is why i got many supp line to help me accumulate to that amount, i got 6 supp line under my main line, all are my family members and GF. my bill is more than rm500 per month, so every 6 months got free handphone....good?? ps: they pay me back their usage, so im not rugi!!

The 3000 points and 6000 points as far as I'm concerned is not a guaranteed gift. They launch a promotion and you can redeem 3k or 6k points to participate in the "DRAW". If you are selected then only you will get the phone.

Of course if you aren't selected, no points will be deducted.

Anyway, it is promo dependant. Always refer to T&C or call to DiGi to get a clearer and correct answer. smile.gif

ya is based on first come first served!! if u are quick, is possible to redeem!! rclxms.gif rclxms.gif
