in your first bill, they'll charge u RM10 for Stamp duty, that is a standard charge acrosss all network on postpaid, coz they need to deliver your monthly bill.

reward???haha...every rm1 u spend with DiGi postpaid, u will get one reward point. u can accumulate your reward point together with your supp line usage (meaning if u got more supp line, than u'll be faster for u to achieve the target to redeem freebies)

the freebies are:
with 3000 points u can redeem monthly mobile phone offer which cost ranges between RM1000-1200

with 6000 points u cna redeem mobile phone cost ranges around RM2000

well i got free phone before, so rewarding!!what Maxis postpaid give out??nothing!!

ow...occasionally they will invite u for free movie or concert! any recently during hari raya, i receive 4 boxes of cookies for free....

FYI i have used every single mobile telco in msia except for the new Umobile. For me Digi is best in terms of customer service and savings on phone bill. But well coverage a bit limited but a lot more better than 10 years ago when I first used their prepaid service

I heard that Digi has weak or no signal in Bandar Utama area. My friends staying there are not happy. When they go to Tesco there, also no signal.
Finally they decided to MNP to Maxis.

I have used all telcos before included U-Mobile and still DiGi is the best. Coverage is strong in my area, luckily I don't come from really rural area.

the problem with new simpack is u must change mobile number,, and it cost u alot too to SMS your friends about your new number and sometime left out many friends that is not in your contact list. Porting service u still able to remain the same number as your previous number

well for me, i will call up their customer service to complain, they will ask your address on which area effected, than if reasonable they will improve it in the near future. for your friend case which is in one utama, that is a major city, im sure they will help up as that is ridiculous to have no signal in that area. is impossible for their engineer to go house by house to check on signal strength right?? that is the main weak point of using GSM 1800 too

wah.. 3000 points? that should be more around rm 3000? that one should wait quite a long time to change a phone.

Maybe they reward you with headache and heartache.

Torture is a better word to replace reward in this context.

that is why i got many supp line to help me accumulate to that amount, i got 6 supp line under my main line, all are my family members and GF. my bill is more than rm500 per month, so every 6 months got free handphone....good?? ps: they pay me back their usage, so im not rugi!!

Yes, you pay RM50 even if you don't use that much.

Better to consider how much you are currently spending. If you are right now spending RM50/month, then by switching to Digi postpaid you pay the same amount but have the freedom to use the phone more.

The 3000 points and 6000 points as far as I'm concerned is not a guaranteed gift. They launch a promotion and you can redeem 3k or 6k points to participate in the "DRAW". If you are selected then only you will get the phone.

Of course if you aren't selected, no points will be deducted.

Anyway, it is promo dependant. Always refer to T&C or call to DiGi to get a clearer and correct answer.
