Is it that Supplementary number will have their own OCS?
Or combined with the Main Line?

OK, chatted with online customer officer via D'Chat to have further confirmation.
He said any supplementary lines can register for separate OCS. Do it 2 days after the line is activated. Register OCS just like normal.

However, there are two choices for supplementary line for OCS:

If during the supplementary line registration, you choose for account separation between your main line and supplementary line. That means this will treat the number as a separate account from main line, giving it separate bill, credit limit, bonus points while maintaining benefits between main line and supplementary line. Your supplementary line can have full view on his/her OCS just like the main line's view.

If during the supplementary line registration, you do not choose for account separation, then your supplementary line will have limited view on OCS. Limited access like supplementary lines cannot make any changes to the account using OCS because that can only be done by main line only.

That applies to DG50, one flat rate for SMS. However, if you add in that DiGi no. into your FnF list, you can get 1cent of SMS and 10 cent/minute of call. smile.gif You can add up to 6 FnF for your postpaid.

Emm
I don't think so DiGi Postpaid can convert to Prepaid. At least for now.

But since the porting system is there you may port to other service provider for their own prepaid then and perhaps port back to DiGi after sometimes? lolz...

Regarding voicemail.
Let say we have no credit to listen to it on the phone.
Can we listen it on the web site? tongue.gif

Yes, I'm using it on my DG50. smile.gif Free of charge. wink.gif
But FnF for DiGi postpaid can only add in DiGi no., not like prepaid which can add in other telcos no., and only 6 DiGi no. are allowed for postpaid. smile.gif
To me is sufficient. RM 0.01/SMS and RM 0.10/minute is cheap. biggrin.gif

Hi, I'm planning to switch from Maxis postpaid to Digi postpaid and my supp line will switch together too. Regarding the Supplementary Plan - "1 Family" package, it is RM30 monthly fee included talk time/sms/mms that worth RM30?

Thanks for the info.
If I'm using DG50 with one supp line (1 Family Plan), it is mean me and my supp line have RM80 worth of talk time, SMS, etc to use?
In DIGI billing, except for the itemized billing and tax, does it has any hidden charges (such as Maxis' Value Added Service)?

the principle line RM50 & supp line RM30 in total rm80, but the talk time is not shared between principle and supp line!! that mean, if the main line usage more than rm50, it wont used up the supp line rm30 credit!!

ya the commitment fee include most of digi services, calls/sms/mms/IDD!but not value added service ,eg: data plan, mobile TV!!

Nope, no hidden charges at all, call waiting also FOC(maxis used to charge their customer RM3)!!but the first month bill will include stamp fee of RM10...that all!!
