Prices vary. Just go with your budget and preference.

I asked from a detailing shop in Serdang for suv. I opted for Quartz with yearly maintenance.

Nano Diamond Coat with 36 month warranty is RM499. Comes with 5 step Meguiars polish + 2 layer Nano Diamond(9H) + Front Windscreen Coat + Interior sealant.

Quartz Coat with 60 month warranty is RM788. Comes with 6 step Meguiars polish + 3 layer Quartz (10H) + Full Windscreen + all Windows Coat + Interior sealant + Sports Rim Coat.

Did a car coating when the car was new, 5 years ago at MYRIDE Bespoke Kuala Lumpur, iirc paid almost rm1k since it is a SUV. It look good after done and got 3 times free maintenance, which i used it every 12 months interval. after that, just do regular wash on own at house cz the carwash in my house area charges a premium if SUV, the car paint still look ok.

But after a year or 2, the hydrophobic properties are missing from the car, hence I did top up with mr diy spray coating, which cost about RM20+. The effects are the same as the rm1k coating shop.

plenty of easy sprays now that got UV protection and hydrophobic coats from graphene and what now.

dont even have to dry your car. spray it and hose it down. saves all those 499 399 1k whatever but to each their own. i personally skip all that. just wrap lol, cabut after 4 years still like new paint

After the 1st 1000km service my FC is now as follows:
City - 8L/100km
Highway - 6L/100km

Thats excellent for a SUV. Highway FC is a lot better than even Myvi. I think this new 4 cyl engine coupled with 7sp gb is working efficently.

Hi, can ask other x50 owners if you guys encountered the same issue i have. My x50 using for 3 years no issue, today suddenly when start up the car, the parking sensor was beeping continuosly. When i put car in reverse, saw on the screen it said parking assist system failure. Only after i manually off the sensor did it stop.

Tried to off on the car, clean the sensors outside, but the issue still happened. When put in reverse, the same error message will come out with continous beeping.
Did not bang anything with my car, was just parked, but it was raining heavily. Perhaps some water damage??
Otherwise driving is fine, just that i off the sensor so that no continous beeping.

Is there any fix for this, or i have to go to Service centre to change the sensor

This is my experience. When I drive the car, stepping on the acceleration will mildly trigger a takk takk takk ratling noise, coming from engine bay, left side. Today went to service center and they say change the grounding cable. After that, no more noise.

The noise does not appear every time you step on the acceleration, but it does appear very consistently over a period of time. Will disappear once you let go of your foot.

Luckily now it is gone. Claimed warranty. 4 year old car.
