How bad are the issues? from what i read from 1st page up to now (in selection parts) can see from what you posted mostly related to high end more tech models yes? (im looking at entry models, not so savy on that high end models etc.)

power window, sensors, apps, infotainment etc.

how about key components like engine, drive train, alternators, handling, brakes etc? Has the latest production settled all those issues?

I know every car has its ups and downs, but if there is an option should i still opt for x50?

whats wrong with side mirrors? broken? accident? motor inside rosak?

General and maybe some specific stuff. Wear and tear im not worried much, just show stopper issues that has me thinking.
Probably my major concerns would revolve around engine, Gb, and electrical power system(alternator, mechanical pulley etc).

But reading all of your experiences seems like the QAQC has improved and some issues have stayed synonym with proton(que the power window. I still have my wira and still same from 30 odd years ago ). Thanks for the sharing tho.

Oh btw, is it easy to do dash cam installation on your own(front and rear)? what about the cables? need to sorok2 here and there ka?

Anyone know if the infotainment system on the new X50 can be locked? i.e somewhat like a smartphone.

Its proving difficult to stop an inquisitive 5 year old who thinks that's a tab and wants to scroll and press everything on display
