Alright. I obviously didn't plan to do the OTA update now.
I though someone might have the V1 firmware for manual flashing.

There only one wind noise problem, side mirror.
you filling silicon into tweeter section also wont help. as that frequency of sound almost penetrate everything, so filling something there just deduct not eliminate it.
thats why most people that fill-in claim it not so work.

Nop, there's 2 wind noise problem, whistling (high pitch) noise and wind flapping noise.

For the high pitch noise, I can't say much because my car doesn't have it even when I first received it with 0 modifications so I do not have personal experience solving it. I do experienced it in my friend's X50. Both of us are first batch users, same old side mirror.

But I did hear and read some comments saying putting foam/insulators in tweeter solves it (or maybe reduced it significantly like you mentioned) during discussions at mega TT or in telegram & facebook. I think one of the first SC that implement this method was 3S Kelana Jaya HZN. And also read some comments that the new batch (batch with the new side mirror design) do not experience this issue anymore, or maybe they're just the lucky ones.

Don't think Proton will do recalls just for side mirror unless safety is a concern. But what you can do is to go to SC and complain about the wind noise (high pitch or wind flap or both), and they may have an internal memo/notice/work instructions to solve the noise and when all test fails, the last option mentioned in that is to change the side mirror (wind flap noise, not sure about high pitch). If your SC says nothing can be done without doing anything, then change your SC. I heard HZN Kelana Jaya and Jawira Balakong will try to solve it. But take note that changing side mirror may not be the magic fix that solves the issue entirely.

My whistling noise was due to the windscreen. They just somewhat diagnosed it couple of weeks ago. But not the headache comes if they change the windscreen I'll have to end up reapplying my tint film and RFID stickers. So annoying. Haven't had the time to bring it to the 4S center yet to do fixing.

from my knowledge i didnt recall there got 2 high pitch noise. or maybe i missed.
for my own, i already not so hope proton SC to fix physic/technical issue as it:
- now my car counting almost 40K (for 2 yr car i think quite a lot already?), going SC like 3~4 time (including 1000KM) they say 'no issue' on wind noise.
- also the same time period, my blindspot will 'casually' light up even no car in the range. I washed the car, and carry their 'mechanic/technician' roaming for 15 minute or more and show the problem. They 'Issue cant reproduce' after 2 hour of testing, even i just f*king show the problem.

tbh, I am not blaming the mechanic or technician there as they following the SOP(for example they know how to install dashcam, but they cant help you to install)
Just blame the proton doesnt release some power to downstream, so they can diagnosis customer car in smart and better way.

Yes, press and hold until jiggle then click delete to remove.
Alternatively, you can also use open hidden settings ( native android settings), go to app and uninstall user app that you don't want.

Yes, they are few persons here in lowyat as well in FB group can help to downgrade to GKUI19 or upgrade to V1.

Some of them will charge a small sum for the inconveniences of time/petrol/toll (Rm30~50) while the one & only will charge you for rm200~250 and he is everywhere & actively spying on us.

If you wanted free then have to go to either Penang Island or Melaka for me or Xeon1989. We are help to help when we are free but do note we are normally busy 😅.

If you use the search function here, you may found some of them.

Insurance thing still hanging. Proton staff explains that although it is the other party's fault, bang into my car, but the claim (going thru Proton) works like this:
- I submit claim to the other party's insurance company, Takaful, but through my own insurance company.
- My insurance company will see the driver's expired driving license.
- My insurance company will not take risk and therefore will not proceed with the claim. (Cilaka punya)

So better do not go to Proton, better go other repair shops and get them to claim, which is directly claim from Takaful. But I still have to pay repair shop first, and wait for Takaful to reimburse me monthssssssssss later. If the driver's driving license not expired, then my insurance company will pay the repair shop (ie. Proton) first, and I don't need to pay anything at all.

So today searching for new repair shops who can handle my case, since cannot go through Proton. The staff explains there is a slight procedure difference seeking Proton for repairs.

Since I have been sound to bring this topic to the correct forum, so let's end this here.

You are running AtlasOS version 581 ??
Cant run anything on this to disable the update.

If not and you on 617/618 V1 then can try this

I'm using the pro version but no different than 6.2.3.

You have to add the app drawers icon, app and widgets manually.

Basic stuff you will need:-
--------------------------
App Drawer:
Press on hold on the empty space until it pop up menu for wallpaper/widget/settings.
Choose Nova Actions shortcuts and pull it to the home screen, then set the nova action as App drawer.

Dock:
You will also need to enable the DOCK to set the apps shortcuts on the side.

Wallpaper:
Copy any wallpaper your prefer to your IHU sdcard if can't open USBDrive (can't remember this for AtlasOS, if not mistaken you need to install a file manager).

can you share the apk link for nova laucher. Thanks
