QUOTE(josh5671 @ May 7 2022, 05:03 PM) They did build standard variant. But maybe in super low volume mode. We ask they told us no sell standard.. Flagship then wait 4 months lol.. Maybe standard p too long so they jz said don't haveI believe it only 10 out of 100 x50 is standard (disclaimer: guessing value, not proton giving me this number) |

That's the rumors around the community. But i don't buy it. Because proton doesn't really need to list out standard variant but they no produce it. Also if they really not produce it, they can just cut the spec from the existing. |

QUOTE(limeuu @ May 7 2022, 06:16 AM) I am 183cm. Leg room no problem, push seat back, adjust steering. But seat short, so thigh support not good. Is the boot bigger than Myvi or even Ativa?I was told they are stopping production of standard version...very few orders. Boot ok, because you can stack up, unlike sedan cars. But it's not big, remember it's a B segment. |

QUOTE(dp82 @ May 8 2022, 08:43 AM) Yes in term of width X50 is wider. Ativa got slightly higher number in term of capacity approx 30L after lowering the boot floor. Personally width space is more important than height space as I can always remove my boot cover if I want more height to stack and if you can lay things flat it is always better than stacking them up. |

QUOTE(danielwoo8 @ May 9 2022, 10:32 AM) Maybe taller but not wider than X50?But in the end of the day I don't think it makes a very significant differences and boot space is definitely not X50's strenght, if you want SUV with big boot, it's the Corolla Cross and HRV you should look for. You are right, don't just look into the figure. Practically X50 boot space is much bigger than Ativa.Personally width space is more important than height space as I can always remove my boot cover if I want more height to stack and if you can lay things flat it is always better than stacking them up. |

Any idea what's the maximum supported charging speed for the main USB port at the front of the car? How about the rear USB ports?

After 6+ months with my X50 Executive, I must say I'm very happy with the car. Driving is smooth, especially on empty roads. Comfortable for long journey. Handling is superb. Even fuel economy not too bad once you learn how to manage. All my friends and relatives who have sat in the car and tested it only have good things to say. To me, the most disappointing aspect of the car is the Display/Entertainment unit. Such a laggy ass tablet. I would have much preferred it if they just kept it simple and removed all useless/slow features such as maps and voice navigation. Simply makes the car feel cheapo by integrating a RM500 tablet in there. This post has been edited by contestchris: May 15 2022, 11:37 PM Van Der Shah and amscouzach57 liked this post
