What is the waiting period for X50?
*
Nobody knows as it depends on many factors. The color, variant that you chose, the sales centre that you placed your booking at etc, myself have been waiting for 3 months but there are plenty out there that have waited longer

Looks like there is a chance that we get rid of this unusable OS soon:

If the new one is better, who knows.

Any owner experience oil leak? I’m not sure if a bolt/plug is supposed to be screwed in where the oil seems to leak?

Dear owners, how good and useful is the stop&go function in Malaysian traffic now that you’ve owned the car for a while.

Is it a gimmick or really useful?

Hi folks, quick question.

Received car: 2nd Nov 2021
1st service: 10th Dec 2021
2nd service date: 10th June 2022

Based on the service sticker on my car from the Proton SC, it seems to be the 2nd service date is 6 mths FROM the 1st service.

Is this correct? Is it supposed to be 6 months from the 1st service, or 6 months from the date of receipt of the car?

My current mileage is around 5,800km in 6 months, shouldn't be an issue if service in June...but just worried if that voids the service schedule / warranty.

By date or mileage, which come first.
No problem there.

If you need a lot of storage place, forget about the x50. Boot size is really minimal.

Not perfect, but it gets the job done.

Helpful or not, I will not use it when I want to drive the car, I will activate when I don't want to drive the car, say on a constant traffic of around 40-60km/h
comfortable or not highly dependent on driver in front, if they accelerate like no tomorrow and do hard braking, you will suffer in the car too.

Can fit 2 small hard bag and one midsize hard bag. Remaining space can put about 2 laptop bagpacks. Thats about it lah. Can remove the cover for more space.

I am 183cm. Leg room no problem, push seat back, adjust steering. But seat short, so thigh support not good.

I was told they are stopping production of standard version...very few orders.

Boot ok, because you can stack up, unlike sedan cars. But it's not big, remember it's a B segment.
