Thanks Ayamxxx. I will try to rotate it this weekend then and update.
Ya... Now don't have any items under front seat but the Airbag failure came back today. -.-
Either I need to go back to Proton. But do you know which wire / socket I can try to push back to solve this issue?
*
there's 1 or 2 connectors dangling under the driver seat, maybe its loose

Someone has shared in fb about this issue and he pointed out that the airbag related wire is the yellow cable in the photo, you may want to check its connection, good luck

Hi guys, is this the correct details and fee for the 1st X50 service (1,000km)?

user posted image

Anything else I should be wary about with regards to the first service? I have an issue with my driver side door not closing properly, will get them to look at it.

Also, I read people say the fuel consumption will improve after first service, any truth to that?

Also, anyone know how can I report a SA to Proton? When I collected the car, I raised the issue of the driver side door not closing properly with my SA. I did not want to sign the checklist. But she insisted this problem would go away after a while. It's been 5 weeks plus since I collected the car, problem is still there. Now she says I need to go to service center to get them to sort it out, she seems aware that this problem exists and is something to do with the door nut.

I feel she cheated me, cause I clearly raised the issue before signing, and she misled me into thinking the problem will go away. Now, she's washing her hands from the problem and referring me to the service center, when in true fact she should have taken care of this issue before I signed off on the checklist and took delivery of the car.

How can I report such a SA to Proton?

Thanks!

then lagi teruk if kennot get 15km/l like maibi laugh.gif
on a serious note though, most cars around that range anyway. Unless you get a hybrid, it wont be super good mileage.
at least better than Campro 10km/l best case scenario laugh.gif

People say mau good fc actually should buy myvi. Siap can get 2.
Because mostly xtau the weight of x50.

On serious side, beli suv mau fc? Should topup go XV/Forester or HRV/CRV.
Because you get what you pay.
Even my friend joke: should ask proton sell higher price and better fc. Then people complain 'Malaysian brand' but 'oversea price'.

So far I'm at 1,020km, average fuel at 13.3km/l. Mix of city driving and highway (mainly Federal/NKVE).

I actually find that my fuel consumption is lower when I am in slow moving traffic (e.g. ~30-50km/h) vs when on fast open roads at 90-100km/h.

Best fuel consumption is achieved on NKVE, when conserving speeds on the uphills and building speeds on the downhill. Have done KL to Shah Alam at 17.0km/l (includes door-to-door). All this while maintaining average speeds of 110km/h+ on NKVE portion of the travel. Fuel consumption on open flat road at 110km/h (e.g. Federal) cannot compare to hilly terrain (e.g. NKVE). Hilly terrain has BETTER fuel consumption.

The problem is only, fuel consumption crazy high when car is accelerating/decelerating a lot at 0-40km/h (e.g stop start traffic, mall parking go around and round etc).

dont trust the gauge.
when pump petrol, check how much you pump vs mileage, you will be surprised proton's meter over states the mileage.
