I don't recall, does Trion 2 have those fancy speed ramp for car park? or is it all traditional pusing² kind?

With the official "death" of HSR project, does anyone think Trion 2 might be less attractive to investors?

Probably by a bit, but there's still the close proximity to TRX and the city centre, plus a closer walking distance to the CSL LRT + MRT2 interchange station compared to TRION.

For an own-stayer, I'd say that's still attractive, assuming that what this project offers ticks your boxes and if you don't mind the industrial environment.

For investor, definitely impact more or less since this is one of the points SA bragged about this project. For own stay, I guess it doesn't affect much.

Yeah, agreed on the investor part for this forum. A lot of the own-stayer forumers seem to congregate around affordable housing and GnG landed houses located far away from the city/KV. Noticed more investors active in threads for high-rises located within the city and KV itself.

For Whatsapp group(s), not disputing those owners intention, but how many people are in this group? There could be other owners who join other groups elsewhere or chose not to join any at all, so it's a bit hard to determine the investor vs own-stayer ratio out of 600 units in this project.

Well, as I mentioned previously, you still have TRX and the city centre, which will attract potential tenants and own-stay owners, especially those who are looking for a cheaper place to rent/buy at that proximity compared to other projects closer to TRX like Continew, One Cochrane and Sunway Velocity 1 & 2.

I recall that agents were also promoting Bandar Malaysia's potential when TRION was first launched in 2019, but pricing-wise, those units facing that direction were cheaper and units facing the city are higher in price, which should give a clear indication about the former's shaky status. Probably gonna take a while for BM to finally take off.

Bought a unit in SV2 in the end sometime late last year.
