i thought got ppl share management said kenot do airbnb

hard to full control if the operator is staying there and do it....

There will always be people who will just go against the rules knowingly. Be a Karen and complain complain complain. That’s the only way to get things done as many people have a catch me if you can attitude.

As 1 of owner in trion 2,I don't mind if they want to break the damn rules and do bnb,but once I found any evident of amneties broken by 1 or 2 days bnb tenant under name of unit,I'll report,I don't pay high monthly maintanence fees just to see gym,pool,kickboxing gym get f up by outsiders

Any penalty caught doing airbnb? If none, no one cares.

This is a rapid descent to the end. Everyone gets pissed off and it reaches an impasse with no maintenance and early onset deterioration of the project.

Warning don’t buy with the masses if you can afford it.
