Bandar Malaysia will not run so soon maybe at least 5 years (construction) wont see anything up except MRT station. Hope that trion 1 all retail shops can run well. A bit bit risky to buy in this area though. DragonReine liked this post

To be honest we do not how fast or slow of every project progress. The only thing we could refer is their previous record. You are right the progress interest will cost the buyer some money within 4 years but my promo package amount able to cover it i believe. no harm
