I talked to SA from developer before. Currently they are renting that land as their car park. In the future they don't know to be honest. Developer(binaxxxxx) wanted to buy but the offering price is too high so end up they cant make the deal. What will happen in the future? Nobody knows.

my working place was just beside mid town. Im not sure when is the building got VP. I don't see much ppl and the occupancy rate is pretty low. Sometimes able to see 2-3 angmo stayed airbnb there. Most of the factory there are still running. PJ mid town is like only one residence highrise sitting on the industrial area.

Bandar Malaysia will not run so soon maybe at least 5 years (construction) wont see anything up except MRT station. Hope that trion 1 all retail shops can run well. A bit bit risky to buy in this area though.

To be honest we do not how fast or slow of every project progress. The only thing we could refer is their previous record. You are right the progress interest will cost the buyer some money within 4 years but my promo package amount able to cover it i believe. no harm smile.gif
