For me is yes. As long as It dont turns like PJ mid town or one residence then should be fine.

Personally I like the proximity to KL city center and its accessibility to nearby major highways, for work purposes.

It's also walking distance to future MRT2 station, and less than 10 minutes drive to several malls (NSK, Sunway Velocity, MyTown, Cheras Leisuremall) and to hospitals (Sunway Velocity Medical, HUKM), which are necessities I consider important for own stay.

Density is lower than many of the other high-rise residential properties that's this near to city, which is good (less people) and bad (higher maintenance fee + sinking fund cost), depending on your perspective and needs. I'm fairly active in sports so the kind of facilities provided by Trion2 are very much suiting my needs.

😂 Trion 2 good premium option for first home la haha, especially if you're the kind of urbanite who prefer more compact space. Trion 2 floor plans at least are very functional.

I initially wanted Belfield but it's too big, not valuable for me because I'm not getting kids for a while.

From 573k net without repeat buyer discount n all. Trion2 psf is from how much?

One pro for trion 2 is the mid density.
