But setting that aside, Type B and Type C should be adequate for a family just starting with a baby/young child, once 10+ years then maybe upgrade la, since Trion 2 location should be nice to rent out/sell in future.

RM650++ psf is Trion 2

I quoted Trion 2 based on calculation of existing discount and published price. RM670 psf on average.

Only reach RM700+ for Type A/B middle to higher floor units and Type C (presumably because Type C all have TRX view so more expensive)

Anybody has any news about the empty plot of land west of Trion 2? The last news we heard is that Meda bought the land few years ago and decided to cancel the purchase. If another high rise is built in that plot of land, possibly views from Trion 2 will be blocked.

I talked to SA from developer before. Currently they are renting that land as their car park. In the future they don't know to be honest. Developer(binaxxxxx) wanted to buy but the offering price is too high so end up they cant make the deal. What will happen in the future? Nobody knows.

my working place was just beside mid town. Im not sure when is the building got VP. I don't see much ppl and the occupancy rate is pretty low. Sometimes able to see 2-3 angmo stayed airbnb there. Most of the factory there are still running. PJ mid town is like only one residence highrise sitting on the industrial area.

From what i can see in this photo, the neighbor project will block the cemetry view of Block B unit facing away from city

What do you all think about the connectivity of Trion2 to Pudu and Sunway Velocity area ? Seems like there are not much eateries around the two Trion buildings except Southgate and the road side stalls. Would the future tenants be going to Pudu and Velocity area for food and grocery shopping?

What do you all think?

I also have questions about the surrounding of the project. Regarding the DUKE3 highway that is in construction now, will it connect to Jalan Chan sow lin?

Plus the news about D KL + SP setia having plans to redevelop the housing flats around LRT cheras. Is the redevelopment be east of LRT cheras area? If it is near to chan sow lin plot of land I'm afraid it would be too crowded. So many flats concentrating in the same area may be too much.

It's less than 5 mins drive to Velocity/MyTown on off-peak hours, from my experience.

For me, i will drive to pudu for food most of the time. Too many delicious food in that area 😙

1) based on approved realignment, no direct road to CSL

2) the dbkl flats mainly concentrated near Sunway Velocity side, the immediate area surrounding Trion2 are industrial and old commercial buildings, so unlikely to impact directly until those land get sold off to other developers.
