except for the pantry and the built in oven, it's pretty much the standard higher-end kind of partial-furnishing package, except that you can't remove/change and all units come with package, cannot get bare unit.

Not until deals are made solid 😅 government won't cincai declare deals regarding mega project this old and expensive unless they're sure about it, because it's so expensive and dragged too long. For now it's still based on "source".

5 years for a project of that density? Isn't that kinda long?

Shamelin Star which was recently completed in late 2018 only took 4 years for a density of 630 units. The current under-con projects such as SkyMeridien (780 units) and Parc3 (793 units) also stuck to the same time-frame, so I find it hard to understand why it'll take that long to complete for that density.

Tot it's the complexity and # of floors that justify that extension?

The completion date is 54 months from the SPA date, which is around Q1 2025. But binastra previous project showed they usually VP way ahead their planned schedule. Their recent vp project Sinaran wangsa maju is 9 months ahead schedule.

9 months ahead of schedule is considered a delayed of 3 months from 4 years
