U r not alone.
I also facing this issue, when I ported out and ported back to digi later during year 2018.
this issue settled.

In year 2020 I ported out again, due to Maxis network issue , I ported back to digi again.
This issue happened to me again. bangwall.gif
really annoying always pop out the new voicemail notification. ishhhh~

I tried to contact digi customer service, however they cant help & solve it.
they just provide me the standard solutions such as:
1) Reset the voicemail setting (deactivate & activate again voicemail service)
2) Reset/refresh my line
3) Request to switch off & on back the phone
4) Request to replace a new sim card

All doesnt work shakehead.gif

Last time I saw few users reported this at digi community support page
now cannot access the page anymore (even google search it, once clicked the link, the page will auto redirect to new help centre)
one of the user he gave up and ported out to other telco cool2.gif
Got another user encountered that this is caused by the Digi Visual Voicemail (which is the add-on service was disconnected)
he activated all voicemail service (which is Voicemail/Visual Voicemail & Notify Me), then solved it.

Nothing can do. U may try report and complain to digi.
Or either just ignore it. blush.gif

today I decided to make a sim replacement again
Surprisingly, the red dot icon is disappear.
The carrier name Kekal Selamat-Digi change to Digi😬
Finally the problem is solved.
I not sure is this method applicable to u or not. U may have a try.

Yes. But it is removed & changed back to "Digi" when I make a sim replacement few month ago.

The app is called CelcomDigi. It is currently not yet officially available to all customers.

At this stage, it is in a limited open release for selected customers only.
