Just to check if I really understand fully. Regardless if spending very high, maximum is 5,000 Shopee coins per month?

Shopee card can freeze/unfreeze at own convenience anytime in the mae app?

I'm not referring to block/kill switch which later need to call to reactivate. I mean temporary freeze/unfreeze on our own.

Hi, may I know how long to wait to get that 5000 coins after statement released? My maybank shopee visa card statement was released at 30/9/2024 but wait until now, my shopee account still not appearing that +5000 coins.

I think need to ask maybank card center directly now, this month I did not receive the coins. Feels like being cheated. They just give me the 5000 coins welcome coins and another 5000 coins for first month statement. Now come the second months no more provide me any coins offer already. I just applied this card and received at August 2024. Still a new card holder.

They can be late sometimes, for example mine in June/July only credited on the 4th / 5th of those respective months. Even mine this month not credited yet.

I thought is only my own issue. Since I still a new card holder. Last month was my first month to get 5000 coins and my 5000 coins new card holder welcome coins.

my transactions did on 10.10 using shopee maybank card but posted on 11th, did not get the 4x/5x points. But those transaction on 9/10 and posted on 10/10, i got it 4x/5x.

Is this correct, where they see the posting data rather than transaction date?
