It varies by voucher. Most commonly the free shipping voucher they give out is only to be used with ShopeePay or COD. You need to check whether credit card is an applicable payment method of that particular voucher.
For shopee coins redemption, generally you can only use Shopee coins on preferred and mall sellers. You can also use it on bills payment, however you won't earn coins from using the CC (as stated in the TnC).

You may try call back to get a different CS, and if still cannot, ask them what is the reasoning so we know. Alternatively, you may download the "TreatsPoints Redemption Form" from their website, fill it up and send to them via email.

I used for Shopee card, and have done so for other Maybank cards as well. I don't think there's any restriction on the Grab card for SST TP redemption.

Yes still 1x Shopee Coins as its under education transaction. Yes capped at 5k coins per statement cycle. Any excess spend will just be converted to TP.

Well not really "convert" to TP since its credited in TP first, then "converted" to Shopee coins. I used the term cause I'm following the FAQ under Q3

If I'm not mistaken, you still have to manually add the card to your account. To add the card to your account you may follow the steps outlined in Shopee Help Page. Ensure you use the same phone number that is associated with your card and your Shopee account to receive the monthly coins (don't forget the minimum RM300 spend within 60 days to get the welcome bonus of 5000 coins too). For me last time the bonus coins did not credit, had to send Shopee an email and it was credited about 3 days later after their reply. Full FAQ Here

You can also use the coins to pay bills. Normally when I spend RM100 for a bill, I can deduct around 2500 coins (RM25) from it. Do note that the coins expire 3 months after they're earned.

Yes, 2x for normal days and 4x for special days.

They can be late sometimes, for example mine in June/July only credited on the 4th / 5th of those respective months. Even mine this month not credited yet.

I contacted Shopee, first agent said they will report on it but 1 week later no news, so I contact them again but the second agent mentioned to contact Maybank instead so they can instruct Shopee to perform a manual credit. So now I called Maybank to report on it but they said need 7-14 working days.

An update to this, 1 week later got my coins. Now for December, received "on time", however the coins received was reduced than what was shown in my statement. Now I called Maybank to make another report again...

Same as you, 31/01 received as shown in statement, but on 10/02 again received the same amount as statement.
