Hi, may I know how long to wait to get that 5000 coins after statement released? My maybank shopee visa card statement was released at 30/9/2024 but wait until now, my shopee account still not appearing that +5000 coins.

I think need to ask maybank card center directly now, this month I did not receive the coins. Feels like being cheated. They just give me the 5000 coins welcome coins and another 5000 coins for first month statement. Now come the second months no more provide me any coins offer already. I just applied this card and received at August 2024. Still a new card holder.

I thought is only my own issue. Since I still a new card holder. Last month was my first month to get 5000 coins and my 5000 coins new card holder welcome coins.
