Perhaps OPR cut too many times that it impacted their provision of costs for card production xD
Or .. they rolled out this card on a very last minute notice so no choice have to go with whatever that works |

just receive my card today
btw, on the letter mentioned that effective 1 jul only payment with 6digit pin is accepted for all purchases. even the instruction to make purchase thru POS also mentioned that after tapping the card need to key in PIN. anyone can confirm on this, coz my HSBC and citi card no need to key in pin if purchase below certain threshold |
