I pay in full one or two days after swipe. Basically CC just to collect points.

Although maybe Maybank don’t like having this type of customer? Shopee Maybank is the first card I applied after many many years actually.

T&C says ewallet not eligible for coins reward. BUT if we reload to Shopee’s ewallet, I’m wondering if it’s considered spending on Shopee. The money eventually being used to buy stuff anyway. Still unclear.

I applied on 1st July if not wrong.

I'm wondering how does the card links to shopee? How to ensure the cashback coins get credited to the correct shopee account?

Okay... That clears the air... But then I couldn't use those rm10 voucher dedicated for Maybank Shopee Credit Card itself... Even at 12am when the voucher was just activated

I actually cannot use the RM10 also. It says payment method not valid. Aiyaaaa, buang masa betul.

Just now maybank called me.. They willing to refund the difference if used the Shopee CC to checkout but I used shopeepay topped up via Shopee CC to check out... So not eligible, I just jokingly suggested to them to repeat the event.. Haha

Lose out like RM5, nvm la... Enjoy a lot of coins cashback already during 7.7...

Many also faced this bug, looks like they couldn't sync up the card against shopee's system yet

Wow that was fast, I applied on 6th July, approved on 7th July,
received card on 8th July!

Yeah very sh*tyy lah dis situation. I felt wasted some savings already. If really they can’t get act together, I’ll just call and cancel this card. Can’t even work well with their co-branded shopping app (Shopee). Like what’s the point.

And look at what Shopee answered. Asking me to individually ask 20-30 vendors that participate in this RM10 discount program? Okayyy ...

Yeah.. I also got taichi-Ed around.. First they taichi to the bank, then I talked to the bank, the bank taichi-Ed back to shopee, then the bank called me back saying they will fix it... Haha

Same. I called Maybank today. Eventually they said they’ll “investigate”. *sigh*

This is ridiculous. I still haven't received my card. Upon checking the tracking, my card was sent to another location, attempted delivery and failed and now item dispatch out from that delivery station, don't know will go to the delivery station where i stay.

Got tracking given? Where to get it?
