Remove the PPPOE credentials, done

I even ran Maxis's Kaon AR2140 with TIME, paired with TM ONU
You can even see the OLT's info in AR2140

Anything else you found Allo to be worse than TM?

1. Installation, for me it was a nightmare
2. There's a one time payment for public IP
3. Peering to local servers are not that good
4. No live chat for CS, a bit slow as well
5. No auto debit for paying bills
6. Customer service is BM only, no English

Other things concerned, ok so far
But I'm not a gamer anymore so I can't really comment on this particular matter

Which local server you tested? They have connection in MyIX?

Their ping to MyIX is a little high it seems
Especially to TIME, when running speed test I was only getting 50% of the advertised speed
Youtube is still a bit off now, and I'm having 1~3% of PL according to UBNT (Oops wrong info, PL was unifi, cause I'm on dual wan failover and ubnt showed combined data)

Perhaps try to test Allo independently without bonding with Unifi?
I am not sure if your issue is because TM sucks or because Ubiquiti sucks.

They gave me a test account to try out public ip for 3 days before actually adding it into my account
So probably why it comes with extra speed
No I'm not bonding my connections atm, Unifi is connected on a different WAN as failover
Probably my own fault, still learning to use this thing

I changed to public IP yesterday afternoon, and they gave me a different PPPoE profile to test
Supposed to be 3 days, then they will give me a call for confirmation

So now even public IP is using PPPOE? I thought it was using IPOE.

Not just me, lowck in Kedah is also PPPOE+Public/CGNAT

I assume those on the legacy City Broadband use IPOE for their public IP while the new rebranded Allo Fibre users are on PPPOE. Like my one is IPOE.

Allo's aftersales service is terrible.

If I give the Unifi service a 6 out of 10, the Allo would probably only score a 1 or even 0.

Just now I tried to login to the ONU
Cant get telnet to work, seems like it has been disabled
GUI worked, however the credentials are very limited
IP Address:192.168.100.1

Credentials

I'm only able to see these



Tried to toss the serial number (of the Nokia ONU) and ONT ID into my spare huawei ONU
Doesnt work, not sure if I have missed anything
