If the SD865 chip and 5G isn't an issue, then the X3 is better value for money - except it has a polycarbonate aka plastic back (but then again, so does the Note 20) and the F2 Pro has a glass one.

TBH I dont mind plastic back, polycarbonate also solid ( Nokia Lumia ). Almost all phone are covered with case anyway.

Yeah, if priced accordingly. If you're pricing your phone at 3899 but you use plastic, there will be some unhappy folks!

The chip maybe la.. 5G isn't an issue, given the X3 or F2 Pro is going to have 3 year shelf life, and MY is only going to be rolling out 5G mid to late next year, and with the whatever tweak they need to do, the 5G service is only going to be mature in 2 years or so, by then its almost time to change phone, and by then most will be 5G already

Main thing is AMOLED, 5G, WIFI6 and SD865.

If you can live without those just fine. You’re free to get X3 and save yourself >RM500 for next phone upgrade or weeks of KFC meals.

Hahaha ya, i read that although back are polycarbonate, the frame are still aluminium alloy. The weight still on heavy side of over 210g

Oh ya, I overlooked the screen. Big difference! Having tried a LCD with 90hz and an AMOLED with 60hz, I’d still choose the latter.

Actually one reason why we have shitty 4G is because they oversatured the bandwidth already.

And 5G is exactly what can help with the situation.

I remember back then as the early adopter of 4G on Maxshit and iPhone5, the network is just blazing lo fast and no delay and so at all, cause only people specifically on Maxshit and iPhone5 will be sharing network band with you.

If they can put good LCD that those found on iPhone, I’m more than happy enough to keep with that as long as it’s cheap.

But Apple seems to be the only brand whom put effort to tune and put a good LCD in their phone. The brightness (the lowest and the highest), automatic/manual brightness control, the contrast, the colour accuracy, True Tone, the viewing angle etc. That’s what separate Apple from other typical manufacturers.
