My patient works in one of the most famous money exchangers in kuching and she herself says it's the stupidest thing the government is doing. Now most of her customers who normally launder money just take a flight to Singapore as a pretense of travelling and change money there.

why so scared?

Your patient should start looking for job as I forsee cash money changer will be gone in 5 years.
You do know there is limitation on how much cash you can carry across border right?

free, use UOB ATM's or Maybank ATM's (harder to find)

do not use OCBC nor DBS/ POSB ATM's, they charge $5 - $8 SGD per withdrawal

i saw that you have already opened a Singapore bank account, why not use their debit card from the bank you applied for or you have yet to obtain the debit card

Edit: if you are withdrawing with a Malaysian debit card or any non Singaporean debit card, please choose "Decline Conversion"

UOB offers their own conversion which is SGD $50 for MYR 182.50

i performed a withdraw via GXBank Debit Card, SGD $50 for MYR 177 or MYR 175.80, performed ATM withdrawals on 2 separate days
*
u mean use the GXBANK card. put into any bank atm can withdraw SGD?

no extra charges ? any idea whats the limit?

Does Anyone knows where is the office of Wise Malaysia is? I have a case that the bank transferred was made successfully; however, Wise failed to record it? Asking to customer service seems not helping at all. Mind sharing your thought guys. Thank you.

my opinion is that even if you managed to visit their office, you will not get any resolution, get shoo-ed away and be asked to go through their proper channels via contacting Customer Service support.

Did you keep the fund transfer receipt? if yes, file a complaint for missing funds/ funds not reflected into your account, provide a copy of the fund transfer payment advice and get a case id, if the issue is still not resolved, file a complaint with BNM.

Thats the proper way

i think the limits of ATM Cash withdrawals is put to the maximum limit you set in the GXBank 'card' > 'limit' section

like i mentioned, no extra charges for UOB or Maybank SG ATM cash withdrawals

Thanks Moon for your advice.

I try to contact them through customer service, and it seems the customer service keeps repeating their misunderstanding and is reluctant to check their account. I provide proof from my bank statement and Wise statement to discuss my issue with them.

I have a complete proof of evidence from the FPX bank transfer, double checked with the bank with a proof of statement (along with the FPX transfer code), and the bank confirmed the money received by Wise.

I'm afraid that the customer service representative was sitting somewhere on the globe and not residing in KL, That's why I was thinking that the Wise KL rep may not be aware of the case.

After I mention to customer service that I will take a legal action to recover my money, they start to pass the issue on to the relevant section.

By the way, do you mind sharing how to file a complaint with BNM if the case is still not resolved?

Thank you so much.

I did it through FPX. So the record is proven and confirmed by the Bank.
