Huh, seems like we can no longer top up Wise using Maybank account via FPX?
My only other option is bank transfer but I need to wait 12 hours to adjust the transfer limits

Hi wana ask can i use WISE transfer Yen to my fren in JPN since he dont1 RM , like after convert RM to Yen in WISE then use the Yen direct send to my fren

I guess depends on your friend's nationality and/or registered location?

I tried sending yen to fellow Malaysian but cannot, only RM is allowed.

Can our wise app scan PayNow code in Singapore for payment like Touch n go ewallet? Need to find few options without carry much cash. TnG ewallet rate may not as good since got overseas transaction conversion fee. Got SC JumpStart Savings Account-i but think SC Mobile won't work on Paynow cross-border QR payment linkage between Malaysia (DuitNow QR) and Singapore.

Yes, Wise can now pay via PayNow QR.
However, be aware that some SG merchants are still using outdated QR (not PayNow QR) which only allow certain SG banks.
PayNow QR is like our DuitNow QR, which can accept more payment source.

Thanks for info. Yes saw some highlighted in some of my search result. Not all Malaysia banks support Paynow cross-border QR in Singapore too. Worst may use TnG ewallet, credit card which got % conversion fee charge as backup.

beside wise, any other better platform to transfer fund to SG ?
