dante18, pump voltage that all........ most mobo nowadays does not need much tweaking to get q6600 to 3.2 ghz.......a slight increament can get u there

VT-ten, that temperature is abnormal for stock speed if not mistaken, need some members to confirm that... i remember mine only hovering around 30oC ++ for all 4 cores.

so far usually i only test the system for orthos to complete the cycle ( i also dunno how long hehe, but normally i see it runs for 1 hr then ok for me already)... so far in supremecommander it never crash on me, so no problem for me. Previously i was having some bottleneck at 3.0ghz, the game is slide show; but after pumping to 3.33 problem solved......

vcore 1.225 ... tak cukup makan leehh .. how to push the proc higher ??
i was told set to auto oso there is a limit the auto vcore will go to .. safety feature i think .. so cannot go any higher liauu the clock .. same thing happened to me ..
can try lowering the multiplier to 8x and set CPU host frequency higher on AUTO vcore if u do not wanna play with vcore 1st to clock higher .. tongue.gif

Duh!
It's super easy.

Set the bus speed to 400MHz, Multiplier to 8, vcore, set the vcore to 1.31Volts, FSB:Dram ratio put to 1:1, there, you're done. smile.gif

sometimes occt is not accurate to judge the oc is stable.
i tried once occt stable for 30 minutes but failed in prime for 10 minutes. doh.gif

im havent yet using OCCT
from what i heard, OCCT only stress cpu while prime/ orthos can stress both cpu & RAM at once(depend on user' input)
