means if ur merchant qr got 10 ppl scanned RM1k, setel will block that merchant and become invalid merchant
this is not acceptable and everyone should report to bnm about setel behaviour

Correct if you did not receive SecureSign when you reload. I once noticed that and called CS straight. With SecureSign, it's Online. Without SecureSign, recurring.

Is there any limitation on setel app as main ewallet beside i won't be able to pay if the QR code isn't Duit now QR code?

You can pay anywhere that accepts Settle and Duitnow. KK Mart accepts Settle but Speedmart 99 doesn't. I think you have better chances with Grab and Boots.

You can scan PINK Duitnow QR only. Not the merchant scans your Duitnow QR.

Spending limit RM2k/day.
Monthly limit: virtually none since it's limited by 2k/day.

If it concerns you, it's MCC 6540 when you reload to their eWallet.

Also, there has been recent news/reports that certain merchants that Setel blocks. If I were you, I would scan their QR first and then see if it returns the error of "Invalid Merchant" or not. If don't have, then reload and pay.

I have tried using setel to scan QR code in 2 restaurants so far and it went through and surprisingly I got points as well.
I thought Setel would only be giving points on spending on petrol and Mesra store.

No worries.

There is some ongoing promotion that gives points and cashback.

I think rm5 = 1 point no?
