Setel was great but lately went downhill.

1. The auto top-up is dead. No updates on when it will be up. Support is clueless as usual.

2. Without auto top-up, one will need to reload X amount before fueling or paying for groceries. Might as well use the card directly and pay the merchant.

3. Better clear out whatever outstanding balance soon. With features going missing and poor updates, it is a clear sign of company troubles.

scan some duitnow QR become invalid merchant, It is weird not no stable as compare to other ewallet

My guess is simple. It is a money losing company. Pretty sure their investors could have stopped supporting them. That's why critical features went missing for no reason.

I am facing the same issue.

I used to pay my vendor via setel but now it should invalid merchant. my money stuck inside setel.

You able to get BNM to look into this?

I couldn't log into my Setel account since 1 Feb. Always stuck at the login page after getting my 6 digits OTP with a message "Unable to proceed further. Tap help for chat support". So I tried to chat/email the support and finally the problem resolved. it only takes 24 days. I am delighted for the instant and lightning speed from the customer service in helping me to get back my Setel account.

got 500 points limit per month .

i bought a washing machine RM1950 . and tada ---- over limit .....
found my point didnt increase after a few purchase.

from CS ---- got limit .

Paid by scanning pink Duitnow QR code today. Didn't get any Mesra point. Logged a case with CS. I would suggest that those having same issue to log a case with Setel.

if you read the faq of this campaign, it says:

Setel users are eligible to get 1x Mesra Rewards point for every RM5 spent via Setel on SetelPay, parking, road tax, auto assistance, motor insurance, EV charging, and Deliver2Me (except Mesra) with no cap amount. This Campaign does not support purchases made on/ at the following:
1. Fuel
2. DuitNow
3. Kedai Mesra / Deliver2Me (Mesra)

mine , cap at 500 mesra points .
i asked CS . Thats what CS said got cap .....


anyway , no more points after 27Feb .....

Any good place to use Setel? accident top up too much money,
