How is Setel points earned? I saw my family member's app has 2,069 points, they didn't know about it and I helped them change it to rm20.69 setel wallet credit.

Is there any documentation on the number of Mesra points per type of transaction? Example, I can't find the points rate on their website for QR payments.

Where to see list of eligible merchants? I tried to pay using Setel at HeroMarket (they scan me, both barcode and QR) and it failed. I thought it use the same way like Tng Ewallet and Grabpay (scan on barcode), but looks like needs separate configuration with merchants.

Edit: When you pay at VG, Mydin, Lotus...did they scan you (QR or barcode), or you scan them (QR)?

Edit 2: I tried checking the merchant listing on their website, there is no VG, Mydin, and Lotus. How do you know you can pay there?

This is the latest among the "big stores" which have enabled Setel Pay. I can confirm that Setel Pay has to be manually configured for each different merchant. I'm just waiting for 99 Speedmart and HeroMarket, do most of my shopping here.

Also, Setel Pay works with ALL Duitnow QR codes (where I scan a physical standee) based on my testing today.

Is it possible to earn Mesra points when pump petrol at Petronas using automated-fuel dispenser, with a physical card + digital Mesra card on Setel?

Also, for Setel CardTerus, how are Petronas vs non-Petronas transactions distinguished? The transaction detail on the credit card just says "SETEL SELANGOR MYS". All I did was added the Citibank Cashback card to my Setel profile, and then paid directly for fuel. Did I miss any steps?

One more question, about Mesra membership tier.

1) Once you hit 100 points in the first month, do you automatically level up and start earning at the next level in that same month, or only at the next month?

2) Let's assume Month 1 I earned 500 Mesra points. In month 2, I transacted very less, will I still earn the Mesra points at Level 3, or Level 1?

Can get Mydin RM6.60 voucher when spend RM50 on petrol.

Unsure if there's min spend or not to utilize (I presume not).

Anybody knows if Setel CardTerus has got varying MCC depending on Merchant?

E.g. we know if at Petronas it is following my check with UOB customer service.

"We would like to inform you that the merchant code 5542 for both transaction register under Automated Fuel Dispensers."

How about CardTerus transaction at say, Lotus or Mydin. Does it fall under Grocery MCC? Any idea?

I received an in-app notification on the RM7 Setel Duitnow cashback campaign. However, I thought this is only for users who never used Setel Duitnow before?

Can anyone confirm it's now applicable to all users (or at least, if you got the in-app notification, you're qualified for it)?
