Due to bloat and resources hungry TNG I no longer think its feasible to use TNG Ewallet on budget handphone with limited RAM. So Setel might be the only hope.

if personal(not merchant) qr then cannot, setel also got transferable and non transferable amount.
i only use cc topup, all is non transferable
