anyone facing problem scanning DUIT NOW QR using SETEL WALLET?

when SETEL stop giving mesra point - i almost stop using SETEL --- bo kang tao .

Tried paying the same QR after first payment (RM500), Setel say I've reached daily limit for DuitNow QR.

Same. Their support said "If it is, then it is".

Sometimes I use settle to pay those red color QR it is not working

Does it pop up to let you enter amount? If it doesn't, that's a well known unseteled Settle problem

It depends, some people use personal QR code. and some register proper business QR code.
Personal QR code will not be accepted usually those personal seller.

personal qr will soon be mandatory to be widely accepted soon.

paynet already enforced this for duitnow participants to accept personal qr payment mode.

currently not supported because some participants reluctant to open this, knowing of potential abuse (you know, I know, they know also)

initially, paynet close one eye in order to lure participants to adopt duitnow quickly.

anyone complained Setel via BNM ? can share which institution to choose, setel is not available in the drop down.

Reason: I cannot access my account and the app asked me to contact CS. They promised to contact me via email after 5 working days, unfortunately they didn't do so.

That is not personal duitnow pink QR code, I can scan with Tng but not setel, and it is show as payment not transfer . So it is indeed a mechant duitnow QR code. And I remember Tng also cannot scan pink personal duitnow QR, it will show do not support P2p transfer.

Ya, I kena also. Pink QR code. TNG, boost, grabpay all can pay but setel cannot. Got this message

Last i encountered this, automagic resolve after 12 midnite. I assume that is the daily automated maintenance.

Try test from time to time and after 12am

Tried many times on different merchants in different days, usually hawkers. One particular merchant is using a company name with Sdn Bhd. Still cannot get through. At the end, paid all with TNG. TNG shown Pay to, not Transfer to.

Did you manage to reach the screen to input the amount you need to pay? This is right after you scan the QR. When I had problem, I cannot reach that screen. So I always test at home before I topup Settle to go spend. Nowadays i rarely use Settle because most places I spend don't support Settle. Straight Grab or Shoppee.

I did. After input amount and proceed, payment failed message popped up

ahhh then it's different from my problem. Settle is buggy and they refuse to acknowledge their problem. Back then, they accused me of scanning personal QR.
