I am thinking of switching from OCBC 360 to this privilege savers if the diff in interest is still 3.4% vs 4%. OCBC has already reduced twice but not SCB?

Yes, as per NRIC.

I open at bank, no name printed

My debit card is delivered to my NRIC address.

There's pre-condition to meet.

Customer who Deposit minimum RM1,500 fresh funds into the Promotion Account in one single transaction is also entitled to fee waivers on cash withdrawal transactions via MEPS and HOUSe ATMs. The fee reversal will be credited into Promotion Account at end of the month.
