So what's your take?

i was told that the distance is quit substantial and it should not effect my unit in term of smell and everything.

'Distance is quite substantial' is very subjective
Your main concern should be the sound, not the smell
Of course this is not the best unit placement, but I would say at least its better than Unit 01, not physically facing the refuse chamber
Just hope that the wall that you're sharing with the refuse chamber is thickness enough to soften the sound

May i know your take on the smell of why it shouldn't be the problem? just for my thought process.
sound i don't mind to be honest, just the discomfort on possibility of the smell might seep through my unit.

volume wise, shouldn't be a problem since only 11 unit per floor.

U probably only need to buy 2 or 3 property in ur lifetime. No need to use it on a property that u have doubt on.

Btw, this project is just beside power station and high tension cable and ktm track (sound)

a lot of details been taking into consideration for this project, and i love it.

Hi~newbie here. I just went to Vista Sentul sales gallery, the agent told me that

Type A 685sqf is selling at RM316170 after all the rebates.

How come the price increase so much after few months? or different agent offer different price based on their commission?

Was told by PV Sales advisor during S&P signing last month they are going to increase the price by 6-8% after 1st sept 2020.

I just wondering nowadays ada byk apartment / condo baru in Sentul Setapak. average rental around 500~600 for master bedroom, 300~400 for other room. and people got many choices. console.gif

Nope it doesn't justify, there are reasons why this area one condo selling cheaper than another.. it up to you to decide you can get those rental rates or not

For me, this place/project will cut off at least 15 minutes of time travelling to KL compared to the other projects down jalan sentul (morning). If want to use DUKE, just 80 meters from the exit road (in no time). Sentul pasar also very near ...can walk from vista sentul ...just 200 meters walk.
