I've been researching this project for a while since this thread is opened. and finally i booked a unit at for this project.
current status:
685 sqf, not really selling good but layout wise very good 292K++ 800+sqf , best seller and sold out because it's cheap 350K++ 985 sqf, which is the one i bought is very decent for a family stay 428K++ 1200 sqf, 3 rooms only and very spacious.. RM480K++
consider the fact it's cheaper than lots of project with merely 2 min exit Duke, i think this project is a good choice.
one note, 985sqf and 1200sqf are corner units each floors only 6 units aka 3 units each side. a lot of details been taking into consideration for this project, and i love it.
